Concrete mix for a shed base
A shed base is a light-duty slab, so an M15 (1 : 2 : 4) mix around 4 inches thick over a compacted sub-base is standard.

1 : 2 : 4cement : sand : aggregate
M15 nominal concrete — about 2,175 psi (15 MPa).
